What is the Transitional Personal Training Program?
Elite Physical Therapy has developed the Transitional Personal Training Program to help our patients who have recovered from their disorder transition back into a regular exercise routine.
We will provide our clients with one on one instruction with one of our physical therapists who will develop and implement a program for our patients returning to a fitness regimen. See below for a list of benefits associated with this program:
